Deep Etched Images is careful about ensuring a safe experience for all visitors. If you use Deep Etched Images, get any service or visit our website, you are giving consent to accept the terms and conditions provided below. Please read them carefully. 

  1. Who We Are

Deep Etched Images is an Australia-based image editing service provider specialized in hand drawn deep etching. We also offer additional editing services such as retouching, color correction, and shadow creation for eCommerce businesses, photographers, and design professionals.

  1. Using Our Services

– You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental consent.

– You agree to provide accurate details when placing an order.

– You are responsible for all activity under your account or submitted orders.

  1. Turnaround & Delivery

We deliver edited images within the agreed timeframe. Turnaround time may vary depending on volume and complexity. Delays due to unclear instructions or missing files are not our responsibility.

  1. Revisions

Each order comes with a free revision policy (limited to minor edits). Significant changes or changes that were not mentioned initially may require additional fees, which will be communicated before proceeding.

  1. Payments

All prices are quoted in AUD. Payment must be made via accepted payment gateways before delivery or as per the agreement. We reserve the right to withhold delivery until full payment is received. 

  1. Intellectual Property

You retain full rights to your original images. However, we may use edited samples with your permission for our portfolio unless otherwise requested to delete.

  1. Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds will be issued only if we fail to deliver services as promised or in extreme cases of dissatisfaction after revision attempts. You have to inform us about that within 72 hours after getting your images. After that period, you won’t be eligible for the refund.

  1. Limitation of Liability

We always want to maintain the highest perfection, but we cannot be held liable for any indirect losses, including revenue or reputation, resulting from the use of our services.

  1. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time for a better experience and use of service. Continued use of our website implies acceptance of the updated version.
